Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I restore my earned coins or game progress?
All progress, skin unlocks, and virtual coins in CrowdWar and Car Parking are saved locally to your device's sandboxed storage (
PlayerPrefs). As long as you do not clear app storage or uninstall the game, your progress remains intact. Because we do not harvest user data onto remote private servers, uninstalling the app permanently resets local save data.
Why am I seeing an ad error or rewarded video not granting coins?
Rewarded video ads are served directly by Google AdMob servers based on your regional ad inventory and network connection. If no video plays: (1) Ensure your device has an active Wi-Fi or mobile data connection, (2) Disable any third-party ad-blockers or private DNS filters, and (3) Try again after playing a few levels when the ad network buffers a new video creative.
Can I play Klynix games offline without an internet connection?
Yes! Both CrowdWar and Car Parking are built with responsive offline local loop mechanics. You can enjoy core physics gameplay, crowd battles, and parking challenges on the go. An internet connection is only needed when loading rewarded video ads for bonus multipliers or checking for updates on Google Play.
How do I report a gameplay bug, performance stutter, or glitch?
You can use the ticket submission form above or email us directly at
rishivagadiya@gmail.com. Please include your phone model (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S23, Xiaomi Redmi Note 12), Android version, and a brief description of what happened. Our engineering team tests all reports on real Android hardware to roll out rapid patches.
Can I stream or create YouTube videos playing Klynix titles?
Absolutely! In fact, we actively encourage it! You are free to record, livestream, and monetize your gameplay videos on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Please link back to our official Google Play store pages so your viewers can download and enjoy the game too!
