Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and Klynix Games Studio ("Studio", "Developer", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of our mobile applications, including but not limited to CrowdWar (App ID: com.Zoozo.CrowdWar) and Car Parking (App ID: com.Zylos.CarParking), distributed via the Google Play Store.
By tapping "Install", downloading, accessing, or playing our games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or play our games.
Limited License to Play
Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Klynix Games Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited personal license to install and play our games on your compatible Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense our mobile games or any portion thereof.
- You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our games.
- You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any games or assets owned by Klynix Games Studio.
Intellectual Property Rights
All titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character skins, crowd animations, vehicle 3D low-poly and realistic models, sound effects, musical compositions, visual shader effects, gameplay mechanics, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Klynix Games Studio and its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Klynix Games Studio.
Virtual Currency, Unlocks & Save Data Disclaimer
Our games may allow players to earn, accumulate, or unlock virtual currency (coins, multipliers, garage upgrades, vehicle tuning parts, and character skins) through regular gameplay achievements or rewarded video viewing.
- Virtual currency has no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
- All virtual items and progress are stored locally on your Android device via sandboxed storage (
PlayerPrefs). - Klynix Games Studio does not operate remote player profile databases. Consequently, uninstalling the game, clearing app storage, or factory resetting your phone will permanently erase all coins and upgrades. Klynix Games Studio cannot recover lost local progress.
Third-Party Advertisements (Google AdMob)
Our mobile games are offered as free-to-play titles supported by third-party advertising partners, primarily Google AdMob.
- Advertisements displayed in our games may link to third-party apps, products, or websites. Klynix Games Studio does not endorse, control, or assume liability for third-party advertisements or external websites.
- Reward ads (e.g. watching a video to receive bonus coins or double scores) are delivered subject to third-party network availability. Klynix Games Studio does not guarantee ad availability at all times.
Anti-Cheating & Prohibited Conduct
To maintain fair play for all players across our community, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Cheating & Modifications: Using GameGuardian, Cheat Engine, modified APKs, memory editors, speed hacks, or auto-clickers to alter gameplay logic or coins.
- Exploitation: Knowingly exploiting physics glitches, collision bugs, or unintended software errors for unfair advantage.
- Commercial Exploitation: Reselling game accounts, APKs, or charging others for access to Klynix titles.
- Network Tampering: Intercepting, emulating, or redirecting network traffic associated with AdMob or Firebase services.
Violation of this section terminates your license to use the game and may result in immediate device hardware blacklisting.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klynix Games Studio explicitly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Klynix Games Studio, its developers, founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our mobile games.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our games shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.
